Late Cancellation Fee
$70/$87.50
Maple Ridge Counselling values your time and asks that you value ours. Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your missed session and must be paid prior to your next session.

Maple Ridge Counselling can provide letters at the client's request

2. Confirmation that you attended counselling
3. Travelling with an emotional support animal
Request for Assessments & Reports
Maple Ridge Counselling can provide assessments and reports at the request of a third party
Initial Assessment Report

This fee includes the Initial/Intake session AND the written report/assessment.
Progress Report
$183.75
This fee applies to all progress reports requested subsequent to the Initial Assessment and Report fee as outlined above.
